Serving the individual needs of the patient is what Dr. Columbus has focused his entire professional career and practice on providing for his patients. In 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2009, Cincinnati Magazine recognized Dr. Columbus as “Top Doc” in Plastic Surgery as he continues to direct his practice to aesthetic surgery.
Upon completion of his undergraduate studies at the University of Scranton in Scranton, Pennsylvania where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, Dr. Columbus received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Columbus then went on to complete his general surgery residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and also residency in plastic, reconstructive and hand surgery at University Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. His education continues to include a fellowship in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery in Miami, Florida. Dr. Columbus completed additional training and certification in Endoscopic Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Laser Resurfacing of the Face. Dr. Columbus is a member in good standing of the prestigious American Board of Surgery (ABS), the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), and a candidate for membership in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS).
